Information you provide

When you request a quote, we record the information you enter, including your name, email, company, country or region, telephone if provided, project requirements and any drawings you choose to upload. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry.

Inquiry source information

We record the referring website, landing page and campaign parameters to understand how an inquiry reached this website. Your browser may store first and most recent source information for up to 30 days. Where the referring website does not pass this information, we are unable to reconstruct it after the fact.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are available to authorized site administrators. Uploaded drawings are stored outside the public website directory and require an authorized login to download. Inquiry notifications are sent to our contact mailbox through our hosting email system.

Retention and requests

Under the current retention setting, inquiries older than 365 days are removed from the active inquiry list but are not yet permanently deleted. Uploaded files remain linked to a record until it is permanently deleted. To request access, correction or deletion, email us with details of your inquiry.
