Inquiry source information

We record the referring website, landing page and campaign parameters to understand how an inquiry reached this website. Your browser may store first and most recent source information for up to 30 days. We do not attempt to identify an AI source when the referring service does not provide that information.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are available to authorized site administrators. Uploaded drawings are stored outside the public website directory and require an authorized login to download. Inquiry notifications are sent to our contact mailbox through our hosting email system.

Retention and requests

The current administrative retention setting moves inquiries older than 365 days to the WordPress trash. Files remain associated with a record until that record is permanently deleted. To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, contact the email above and identify your request.
