What do I need to request a CNC machining quote?
Share a CAD model or a dimensioned drawing, the required material, order quantity and target delivery date. Identify critical tolerances, finishes and any inspection or documentation requirements.
Can I request prototypes and production parts?
Both prototyping and production are included in the machining services. State your initial quantity and expected repeat orders so the project can be reviewed around the full requirement.
Which metals and plastics can I specify?
The material categories include aluminum alloys, stainless steel, steel, titanium alloys, brass, copper and Inconel alloys, plus PEEK, POM, nylon and acrylic. Confirm the exact grade and availability during quotation.
How are tolerances and lead times confirmed?
Tolerances and lead times need a review of the drawing, material, part geometry, finish and order quantity. Request written confirmation in your quotation instead of relying on a general website specification.
Which drawing formats can I upload?
The quote form accepts PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, SLDPRT and ZIP files up to 20 MB. Combine related files in a ZIP archive when needed.
Can I request inspection documents or an NDA?
Include the required inspection reports, material documentation and confidentiality terms with your inquiry. Confirm their scope and acceptance before sharing sensitive files or placing an order.
